February 3rd to February 14th

Learn real boxing fundamentals in a structured two-week course designed for true beginners. Space is limited to 20 people to ensure proper coaching and individual attention.

Over six focused 30-minute sessions, you’ll learn stance, guard, footwork, punch mechanics, defense principles, and how to train safely. This course gives you a foundation strong enough to build on whether you’re interested in doing it for the "cardio" or doing it because it's awesome!

Who This Is For
Anyone new to boxing who wants to learn the right way from day one. No experience required. No equipment needed on day one.

What You’ll Learn

  • How to wrap your hands correctly

  • How to warm up properly

  • How to stand, move, and maintain balance

  • How to throw basic punches with proper mechanics

  • How to use guard and footwork for defense

  • How to train safely and avoid common beginner mistakes

Equipment Guidance
You will learn how to properly wrap hands and use the right gloves. Boxers can purchase hand wraps and gloves directly through the coach or via the RDX affiliate page for affordable, beginner-friendly gear.

Physical Benefits
Boxing develops full-body strength, coordination, mobility, conditioning, and endurance. It burns calories efficiently, builds lean muscle, and improves cardiovascular health without repetitive routines.

Mental Benefits
Boxing sharpens focus and reaction time, improves stress management, builds confidence, and teaches discipline. Learning technique instead of just “hitting a bag” creates measurable mental and emotional growth.

Why This Course Matters
Most beginners start without guidance and build bad habits that take months to fix (i.e. those who learn from YouTube). This camp teaches proper technique from the start with accountability from the coach and teammates, so you progress faster, safer, and with more confidence.
